Usage
The K06 PU single wiper seal is suitable for hydraulic cylinder applications where effective protection against external contaminants is required. It can be used in agricultural machinery, construction machinery, telescopic cylinders, cranes, standard industrial cylinders and mining equipment.
It can also be used as a hydraulic wiper seal in applications where the cylinder rod is exposed to dust, dirt and other external contaminants during repeated movement.

Technical Properties
The PU single wiper seal is a polyurethane wiper designed to prevent dust, dirt and other foreign particles from entering hydraulic cylinders through the rod side. The Kastaş K06 profile is a single-acting wiper designed for effective wiping during rod movement while maintaining a simple groove design for installation.
Made from polyurethane, the PU single wiper seal offers good resistance to tearing and wear during cylinder operation. The K06 profile is available in a wide range of dimensions, making it suitable for different hydraulic cylinder designs. Kastaş specifies PU9201 as the material code for the PU version, with an operating temperature range of -40°C to +100°C and a maximum sliding speed of 1.0 m/s.
The PU single wiper seal also features a simple housing design and easy installation. Its wiping action helps protect internal cylinder components by limiting the entry of contaminants from the external environment.
