Our range of Inflatable Seals are made from Platinum cure Medical transparent silicon rubber which complies with USP class VI requirement & FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 and available with SGS FDA TRACEABILITY CERTIFICATE along with internal test report.. These gasket provides an electrically conductive seal between conductive sections of a shielding enclosure. FBD Inflatable Gaskets functions like a cycle tube. when inflated, it seals the bowl and ensures proper sealing. It is being made up of high tear-Transparent Silicone Rubber. These gaskets are inflated by 6-10mm when 4 Kg pressure is applied in Silicone rubber.

Application:
Used for sealing, these gaskets are mostly used in application where contamination is not acceptable. Following are some of the applications of Inflatable Gasket:

Operation:
The inflatable seals are manufactured in relaxed or deflated form similar to cycle tube. The flat tube is accommodated between the surface and then deflated to provide perfect sealing. We offer our customers inflatable seals with complete assembly.
